Prereq.: ME 2723  or ME 2733 ; ME 3633 ; ME 4213  or consent of instructor; grade of “C” or better in ENGL 1001 . Fundamentals and intermediate level welding and joining; intermediate nondestructive evaluation emphasizing phased-array-ultrasonics; design calculations of welded structures; advanced welding processes.
