Prereq.: BIOL 1002 or BIOL 1202 or equivalent. 2 hrs. lecture; 2 hrs. lab. Cell, tissue and body growth, development and composition; patterns of tissue deposition in livestock; control and modification of normal and abnormal growth; evaluation and measurement of composition of beef, sheep, swine and horses.
