NFS 4111 Nutrition and Disease I (4)

Prereq.: BIOL 2153  or BIOL 2160 ; NFS 2112 , NFS 3110  and NFS 3115 . Majors and Minors only. 3 hrs. lecture; 3 hrs. lab. Nutrition assessment and interpretation; drug /nutrient interactions; biochemical and physiological changes that occur in dental, gastrointestinal and absorption abnormalities that require clinical diet modification.
