LAW 5000 - Legal Methods Credit(s): 1 An intensive study and practice of case analysis and synthesis. Student analysis will be monitored and critiqued on a frequent and regular basis. Clarity of written and oral communication will be emphasized. This course cannot be taken without the express approval of the Faculty Committee on Admissions. Students are required to complete a series of workshops and writing requirements in the fall semester to receive credit. Credit will be awarded at the conclusion of the fall semester.
