LAW 5320 - Uniform Commercial Code Security Devices

Students cannot take Louisiana Security Devices (LAW 5707 ) and this course. A detailed discussion of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code dealing with security interests in movable property, with some comparisons with the Louisiana law of security devices.
