LAW 5463 - Elder Law Credit(s): 2 This is a multi-disciplinary course that will survey the principal components of Elder Law. This examination will cover areas as health care decision-making, estate planning, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, elder abuse and neglect, and long-term nursing care. During the course, students will participate in pro bono or community service projects addressing the needs of the elderly. Students cannot take this course and Elder Law Seminar (LAW 5863).
