Registration in any course above CM 2121 is restricted to students admitted to a senior college with a declared CM major or minor. Materials, construction techniques, and code requirements used in the construction industry to make buildings resistant to natural hazards, including wind, flood, hurricanes, and other hazards; emphasis on construction practices for residential buildings that are sustainable, long-term solutions to our hazard-filled environment.
