LAW 5305 - Contracts II

This course is a continuation of the first year Contracts course. Coverage will included Statute of Frauds, Parole Evidence and Interpretation, Mistake, Contract Conditions, Third Party Beneficiaries and Assignment and Delegation. The course is intended for student who plan to take a bar examination in states other than Louisiana, and for future Louisiana Lawyers whose practices will require an understanding of the law of contracts as it exists in other states. Students contemplating general transactional, real estate, or employment law practice are especially encouraged to attend.
