LAW 5336 - Gaming Law

The course is designed to give the students an understanding of gaming law and of the practice of regulatory/ administrative law and to enhance their skills in analyzing legal problems and developing solutions to those problems. This Louisiana Gaming class is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the practice and procedure of Louisiana gaming law and will include an overview of the Louisiana gaming law statutory scheme and regulations which control and guard the stakeholders.
