LAW 5822 - Legal Negotiations Credit(s): 2 This is an experiential simulation course in which students learn different theories and techniques used in the negotiation process. Through simulated exercises and faculty feedback, students have an opportunity to perfect their own negotiation style in different areas of the practice of law. Throughout the course, a special emphasis is placed on professionalism and the Rules of Professional Conduct as they apply to negotiations. This course is graded Pass/Fail (E, HP, P, F).
