LAW 5847 - Juvenile and Family Law Seminar Credit(s): 2 Major legal issues relating to children and families, including responsibilities and rights within the parent-child relationship such as matters of custody, abuse, neglect, and adoption. It also examines the child’s relationship to the community and courts, healthcare providers and schools. Each participant will present his or her topic to the rest of the class as well as prepare a significant written paper that meets the requirements for the upper-class writing requirement.
