LAW 5450 - Sports Law

This course will examine many of the legal, financial, moral, and policy issues and disputes that arise in the world of amateur and professional sports. We will approach our study of sports law issues from the perspective of various players in the sports industry, such as the sports lawyer, the player agent, the corporate counselor, the university administration, team managements, various sports regulatory bodies, the fans, and of course, the athletes.
