LAW 5613 - Louisiana Legal Research Credit(s): 1 Students cannot take this course and LAW 5610 (Advanced Legal Research). This is an experiential course that provides in depth instruction into Louisiana legal research, including some of the unique aspects of Louisiana Law, leading to the student becoming a more efficient researcher and advocate. Through a series of simulated exercises with faculty feedback, students develop their knowledge of, and skill in using, legal research sources, methods, and strategies specific to Louisiana Practice. Note: This course is graded on a 4.0 scale.
