MGT 4840 Managing Change in Organizations (3)

Prereq.: MGT 3620 . Open only to College of Business students; open to others with permission of department. This course examines the dynamics of change in organizations. Students are exposed to issues confronting managers during implementation, e.g. expectation setting, resource allocations, politics, and timing.
