Political Discourse Studies Minor

To graduate with a minor in political discourse studies, students must complete six hours from three of the following four fields for a total of 18 hours. In addition, at least 12 hours must be at the 3000 level or above.

• Communication Studies–two chosen from CMST 3107 , CMST 4100 , CMST 4160 
• Mass Communication–two chosen from MC 3500, 4510, MC 4515 
• Political Science–POLI 2051  and one chosen from POLI 4030 , POLI 4034 , POLI 4039 
• Sociology and Philosophy–two chosen from SOCL 2501 , SOCL 4421 ; PHIL 2000 , PHIL 2020 , PHIL 4945
