Accounting, MAcc


(SACCT)

The departmental-level academic course plan for each student will be developed in consultation with and approved by the Director of Graduate Studies-MAcc program. The degree is non-thesis and requires students to earn 30 hours of credit at the graduate level.

The curricular requirements include:

  • At least 15 hours at the 7000 level or above,
  • At least 18 hours in accounting courses, and
  • A minimum core requirement of 18 credit hours in the areas of Advanced Theory, Advanced Accounting, or Government Not for Profit Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Statistics, and Analytics.
