NFS 3000 Food Safety (3)

Prereq.: BIOL 1201  and CHEM 1201 ; majors only or permission of instructor. Basic concepts of food safety including: introduction into food safety; extensive examination of causative agents responsible for food borne illness; and food borne illness case studies.
