Traffic regulations, operational problems and engineering organization; theory and practice of application, design, operation and maintenance of traffic control devices; methods and devices studied include signing, markings, delineation and illumination, signals and signal systems, one-way street and unbalanced-flow street operations, speed zoning and freeway monitoring and control.
