Registration in any course above CM 2121 is restricted to students admitted to a senior college with a declared CM major or minor. Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings; design and construction of building MEP systems with an emphasis on basic terminology, equipment, and installation procedures; management of the complete MEP process, code compliance, and quality control issues from a CM perspective.
