Prereq.: consent of instructor. May be taken for a max. of 6 sem. hrs. of credit. Registration in any course above CM 2121 is restricted to students admitted to a senior college with a declared CM major or minor. Independent study in specialized areas of construction management. Research on a construction topic as chosen by the student under direct supervision of a chosen graduate faculty member.
