Prereq.: open to students with credit for OCS 2050 or by permission of instructor. 3 hrs. lecture; 2 hrs. lab. Interdisciplinary design projects investigating physical issues affecting the Gulf of Mexico Coastal Plain, Lower Mississippi Alluvial Delta, and coastal environment tectonics as defined by the material culture and how it contributes to the design and conceptual framework of projects.
