BE 4310 Biofuels and Bioproducts from Renewable Resources (3)

Prereq.: ME 3333 or equivalent; credit or registration in BE 4352 or equivalent. 2 hrs. lecture; 2 hrs. lab. Principles of biofuel and bioproducts production using different technologies. Fundamental concepts are used to design different engineering processes required for production of bioethanol, biodiesel, bio-oil, and other biobased products, including harvesting and logistics.
