EDCI 2061 Leadership in Early Childhood Programs (3)

Prereq.: EDCI 2083  and EDCI 3055  or equivalent. This course meets the requirements for Pathways as one of the two required Administrative Courses for Director III status. 2 hrs. lec, 2 hrs. lab. The process of leading in early childhood programs, topics include mentoring/coaching, staff development, and program improvement.
