IE 3302 Engineering Statistics (3)

Prereq.: grade of C or better required in MATH 1552 .  3 hr. lecture; 1 hr. recitation. Probability, discrete and continuous distributions, functions of random variables, estimation theory, tests of hypotheses including goodness-of-fit and independence.
