CPLT 4500 Comparative Literature and Medicine (3)

Prereq.: Permission of the program required. May be taken for a max. 6 semester hours of credit when topics vary. Refer to classic works of literature as well as film and the visual arts to explore issues that medical professionals encounter in their daily practice: empathy, illness, suffering, death, dialogue, relationships, and the power of the human story.
