Field management techniques, including personnel management, business aspects, construction accounting and finance, communication, record keeping, monitoring and control, risk and claims management, safety, quality, and project closeout. Emphasis is placed on evaluating construction projects across various management areas while integrating professional competencies, contracts, construction law, ethics, and emerging technologies.
