FDSC 4076 Food Product Development (3) Prereq.: FDSC 4060 and FDSC 4095 . Capstone course that food science students should take in their last spring semester of their program, after having taken a majority of their food science courses. 2 hrs. lecture; 3 hrs. lab. Development of new food products; marketing, package design and other aspects of product development.
