Credit will not be given for this course and CONE 1112 . A comprehensive understanding of construction materials and techniques in influencing fire behavior, emergency response, and building safety. Included are the characteristics of various building materials, related construction methods, and plan reading. Covered also are the mitigation of fire risks, evaluating building codes and regulations, and implementing effective emergency response plans.
