Sugar Engineering Minor

To earn a minor in sugar engineering, students in the College of Engineering must complete BE 4342 , BE 4347 , BIOL 2083  or CHE 4260 , EE 3950 , ME 4433 , and an approved design project. A grade of “C” or better in each course is required.
