RNR 3005 Field Studies in Wildlife Habitat and Management (2) Offered in Intersession only. Prereq.: RNR 2001 . Class meets 8 hrs. per day for 2 weeks at off-campus sites. Students are responsible for paying for travel expenses associated with this course. Identification of woody and herbaceous plants important to wildlife species and techniques used to manage and quantify wildlife habitat; emphasis on collecting field data and plant identification in field setting to assess habitat quality and management options for wildlife.
