Prereq.: Credit or concurrent registration in CM 3503 . CM 3502 or ARCH 3001 or ARCH 3101 . Structural design of ordinary timber, steel, and reinforced concrete buildings and other structures in accordance with appropriate design code specifications; emphasis on contemporary design methodologies and provisions to achieve safe and serviceable resistance to vertical and lateral load effects.
