SEMESTER 2: “C” or better in MATH 1550  or MATH 1431  and “C” or better in CM 1112 .
SEMESTER 3: “C” or better in PHYS 2001  and “C” or better in CM 2112 .
SEMESTER 4: “C” or better in CM 2113 , CM 2116 , and CM 2501 ; “C” or better in PHYS 2002 .
SEMESTER 5: “C” or better in CM 3111  and “C” or better in CM 3502 .
SEMESTER 6: “C” or better in CM 4101 , CM 4211 , CM 3201  OR ARCH 3008 , and CM 3503 .
SEMESTER 7: “C” or better in CM 4221 , CM 2215 , and CM 3504 .
SEMESTER 8: “C” or better in CM 4202 .

Admission into the College of Engineering is required for construction management majors prior to taking any construction management course numbered above CM 2112 .

A grade of “C” or better is required in all CM courses and prerequisite courses; ENGL 1001 and ENGL 2000 ; MATH 1550 ; PHYS 2001 and PHYS 2002 .

Registration in any CM course above CM 2112 is restricted to students admitted to a senior college with a declared CM major or minor.
